“Juicy Summer Sattu Fest” was organized at Rohilkhand Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Bareilly, to promote awareness about Ayurvedic seasonal dietary practices and traditional Sattu-based summer preparations. The programme was graced by Principal Prof. R. K. Tewari and Prof. H. S. Rai, who appreciated students’ enthusiastic participation and highlighted the importance of such practical academic activities. Prof. Mukesh Saxena and Prof. Sivajyothy also encouraged innovation in Ayurvedic practices while preserving traditional values. The event was organized by Batch 2023 students in collaboration with the Department of Dravyaguna Vigyan.
